If I could describe myself in three words, I would consider myself to be reliable, honest, and approachable!
Q. Tell me a little more about your personal and professional background?
As a student athlete, I was very passionate about sports such as football, basketball, and baseball at Rockford High School. A baseball scholarship then led me to Western Illinois University. I have a beautiful wife named JoAnn and we have a Shih Tzu / Bichon mix, named Chloe!
Professionally, I have had previous jobs at Testor Corporation, ABA of America, and Leading Edge Hydraulics. With experience in cycle counter, inventory control, supervising, production planning, and more, I have learned a lot about the industry!
Q. When did you begin your career at Trendler? Tell me about your current role and responsibilities.
August 2017 is when I first started at Trendler, for about two years. I then returned to do production scheduling in March 2021. I was very excited to start back up with my coworkers and jump right back into the process! My responsibilities include working through Sales Orders components, dates, and determine which items need to be produced. My boss helps decided the production dates based on customer requirements, and machine capacities. Finally, we place the sales orders from the production floor into the system for the day.
Q. What makes you excited to come into work every day?
I am thankful to work with knowledgeable co-workers every day. I love that every day is different, and I am motivated with how things are always changing.
Q. Outside of the office what do you like to do?
Other than spending time with JoAnn and Chloe, I like to create(indoor and outdoor) projects, watch sports on TV, go water-fishing, and help others. I truly believe that every day, is a good day!
